About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee tenant improvement and landlord service projects, ensuring they meet contractual agreements, budgets, and timelines. The role involves client interactions, project management, and design presentations in a dynamic and creative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and supervise project documentation and reports.
- Mentor and support team members while managing multiple projects.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to foster repeat business.|
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 10+ years of experience in design and project management.
- Expertise in design, construction documentation, and relevant codes.
- Strong skills in budgeting, client presentations, and software (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
- Familiarity with LEED and sustainable design concepts.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to create space plans, design concepts, and feasibility studies.
- Knowledge of lighting design, materials, and construction costs.
- Hands-on approach to developing proposals and managing consultants.
